The movie has many twists and turns as the characters reveal their true intentions and motives. Sheena is not just a simple governess, but a part of a plan to get hold of Dolly's wealth. She is in cahoots with Bachchan, the house manager, who can forge signatures and documents. They also involve Ricky, Sheena's boyfriend and Dolly's nephew, who has a legal claim to Dolly's property. Patrick, who is initially unaware of their scheme, is also lured by the promise of inheriting Dolly's bungalow in London.
However, things go wrong when Ricky and Bachchan are killed in separate accidents, leaving Sheena and Patrick as the only survivors. Sheena then teams up with Gaurav, Dolly's lawyer, who is also her secret lover. They plan to kill Dolly and Patrick and take over all the assets. They succeed in killing Dolly by making it look like a natural death, and then try to kill Patrick by crashing his car. However, Patrick survives the crash and confronts Sheena and Gaurav. He shoots Gaurav and then chases Sheena to a cliff. He tells her that he loves her and asks her to come with him. Sheena refuses and jumps off the cliff, leaving Patrick alone and heartbroken.
