The validity period of the quotation is valid for 30 days from the effective date. If the raw material price exceeds 4% or the exchange rate fluctuates by more than 2%, the price needs to be adjusted accordingly.
2. Production time
From the day after the receipt of the customer order deposit, the normal delivery period is 2-6 working days. For the specific time, please consult the corresponding sales docking personnel of our company. If there are other processing techniques - such as silk screen, personalized information, signature strips, etc., the delivery period should be extended by 1-2 business days.

4. Payment method
available through T/T international remittance, Western Union, Paypal, credit card.
5. Design and confirmation draft:
CDR, PSD, PDF, AI format files with pixels at 400dpi are available; before production, our company will provide a layout confirmation for customers to check and confirm, once the production is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
6. Patent/Copyright:
When an order is printed in accordance with the customer's layout, the buyer agrees to assume all liability arising from the lawsuit or claim against the company for patent or copyright infringement of the third party.
7. Cancellation of orders
Our company will charge the fees incurred before cancellation, such as design fees, service fees, etc.

Free quantitative stock samples and product catalogues are available.

9. Printing color difference
In view of the difference in printing equipment, materials, inks, etc., in the process of producing samples and large goods, the color of the product will have a reasonable color difference within 8%.
10. Responsibility
After the goods are delivered to the carrier and become the buyer's property, the carrier is delayed or damaged, and the claim must be made by the buyer to the carrier.
11. Training
Our company provides standard and customized sales and technical training to meet the needs of buyer customers.
12. Warranty
​All products manufactured by our company are entitled to a 5-year warranty under normal use.

Return: Please be sure to contact our company for return authorization and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Typographical errors/damage: All claims and complaints must be submitted by the buyer to our company within 30 days after delivery, and will not be accepted after the deadline.
15. Warehousing time
After the goods are finished, our company can provide 30 days of free storage time, and charge the corresponding warehouse rent for more than 30 days. The warehouse rent is calculated according to 3%-5% of the invoice value every day. Please consult our company for specific matters. The corresponding sales docker.
16. Validity of deposit
The validity period of the deposit is 6 months. If the production is not overdue after repeated communication and negotiation within the validity period, it will be deemed as the termination of the contract and the voluntary withdrawal of the deposit. Our company has the final interpretation right.
17. Force Majeure
Due to war, earthquake, flood, storm, snowstorm, etc., our company cannot ship or delay the shipment of the contract in whole or in part. Our company is not responsible for the failure to ship or delay the shipment of this contract, but Our company will notify the buyer within 10 days.
18. Legal dispute handling
If there is an order dispute, the two parties can coordinate the handling. If it cannot be handled in coordination, the buyer and the seller must file a lawsuit in the Huangpu District People's Court of Guangzhou, and the judgment will be handled by the Huangpu District People's Court of Guangzhou (applicable to Chinese law) .
